If you are a new user: Please refer to your employer’s benefit materials and verify your employer using your employer’s username and password. This will allow you to register for the program and set up a personal username and password. If you do not know your employer’s username and password you may contact us at 877-BH-CARES (877-242-2737) in the US, 0800 247 1101 in the UK or 1800 303 547 in Ireland, or contact your benefits administrator.

If you are an existing user and have already registered online: Please sign in using the personal username and password you created when you registered for the program. This will navigate you to your employer’s portal where you can request care and access information about your program.
